Hourly rates for Labor and Truck:
The rates for our services depend on your specific conditions but start at just $80.00 for hourly work. This rate is varies due to stairs or speciality conditions. Overweight or oversized furniture is not included in this rate; however, an additional fee may be tacked on to the total for items such as pianos, gun safes, pool tables etc. Time starts when the movers arrive and ends when the movers are done. You have control of the move price and you set an amount time that meets your budget. Hourly rates have a minimum of two hours for 2 men crews and a minimum of 4 hours for 3 men crews. Additional time is billed per quarter hour.
The hourly rate includes the following:
- 2 professional crew members (additional crew members available)
- 24 ft Moving truck or larger, depending on the size of the job
- Moving equipment and basic supplies including stretch wrap, moving pads, upright and flat dollys
- Simple disassembly and reassembly of furniture
- Insurance
To cover fuel expense, we charge a nominal “trip charge” or dispatch fee. For most in-town moves this ranges from $25.00 to $75.00 per truck depending on mileage and zip codes. (Out-of-town moves typically are flat rates; see below)

The rates for our services depend on your specific conditions but start at just $75.00 for hourly, labor only work. This rate is varies due to stairs or speciality conditions. Overweight or oversized furniture is not included in this rate; however, an additional fee may be tacked on to the total for items such as pianos, gun safes, pool tables etc. Time starts when the movers arrive and ends when the movers are done. You have control of the move price and you set an amount time that meets your budget. Hourly rates have a minimum of two hours for 2 men crews and a minimum of 4 hours for 3 men crews. Additional time is billed per quarter hour.

The customer is to provide moving truck, tie downs and furniture pads for loading.

Flat Rates:
This is considered your “walk out the door price.” You have a set inventory. Whether the move goes 3.5 hours or 6 hours, the rate does not change unless the inventory or conditions change. This cost includes the following:
- 2 professional crew members (additional crew members available)
- 24 ft Moving truck or larger, depending on the size of the job
- Moving equipment and basic supplies including stretch wrap, moving pads, upright and flat dollys
- Simple disassembly and reassembly of furniture
- Insurance per TXDoT
- Trip charge is based on mileage and is factored in price
Pricing also available for:
- Packing (hourly or flat rate)
- Disassembly and assembly of additional furniture
- Delivery services of appliances and single pieces of furniture
- Supplies including boxes, paper, tape, bubble wrap etc.
